On 16 August 2012 Ambassador Stevens sent the State Department a detailed report that stated 10 terrorist groups (specifically listing the two that attacked on 11 September 2012 as the major threats) were active in Benghazi, that the 17th February Brigade which had been put in charge of security had been infiltrated (they stopped sharing information with the US and on the night of the attack faded from the scene), and that the compound needed to be moved to a more secure location because it was indefensible. And yet, knowing this, Barack Hussein Obama Jr's administration blamed it on a video."
