OBAMA ADMINISTRATION INVITES UN TO MONITOR PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

"Following an invitation from the United States Mission to the OSCE, and based on the findings and conclusions of a Needs Assessment Mission (NAM) conducted from 23 to 27 April 2012, the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) established a Limited Election Observation Mission (LEOM) to observe the 6 November general elections."
